Requirements: -Ability to supervise and train employees completing tasks -Ability to prepare a store schedule -Ability to staff one’s store -Ability to accurately place food/drink orders for store location -Be able to safely lift over 40 lbs. -Be able to stand on your feet for extended periods of time -Able to prepare and serve food in accordance with state and federal safety standards -Ability to perform all aspects of the job safely and within a reasonable time frame -Provide outstanding customer service -Have fun!

Locally owned Hot Head Burritos is looking for hard working, reliable Shift Leaders. They will be responsible for making a variety of flavorful entrees, while providing excellent customer service, and maintaining an inviting atmosphere. The shift leader is responsible for maintaining guest services and keeping up the operation of the store. Requirements

Must have the ability to lift up to 40 pounds. Must have the ability to be on your feet for extended periods of time. Must have one year experience in the restaurant industry, preferably in a management role, but will consider all restaurant applicants for management. Managers are expected to work a full 45-hour week. Including nights, weekends and holidays. You are also expected to be in uniform while working.
