Description:The IT Support Specialist provides technical support for resort employees and guests.
Requirements:JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide support to users of technology with a focus on delivering superb customer service, following up with other departments as needed to ensure that all support issues are adequately addressed in a timely manner
• Fulfill IT support requests; troubleshoot PC hardware, software, and mobile device issues. Some examples of support requests include setting up user access to printers, configuring email, and trying to help resolve basic applications/infrastructure/mobile device-related issues.
• Support IT operations by helping to repair and replace damaged hardware, identifying and resolving network issues, troubleshooting issues with teleconferencing equipment, etc.
Additional Info:PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• College degree in a related field or 2 years of related work experience in network and computer hardware configuration / troubleshooting / support
• Solid verbal and written skills, appropriate for a customer-facing role
• Attention to detail; ability to prioritize, track, and resolve multiple concurrent support requests in a time-efficient manner
• Hospitality systems experience preferred, but not required
