CRM – Email • Executes strategic email marketing plans for all concepts: using insights & analytics to develop email strategy, direct the creative development of emails, program & deploy within email marketing platform, write subject lines, and monitor & report performance. Work with operations to ensure store-level execution of promotions and email messaging. Test & learn using performance data and CRM customer database intelligence & segmentation in order to optimize performance in driving business goals. • Develops and maintains digital calendar outlining deployments for all concepts • Serves as the digital point person for all franchise marketing contacts to support their digital marketing as needed • Direct and oversee execution of email club acquisition campaigns to grow email databases • Work closely with CRM partner to harness customer data and insights for leveraging in email program and elsewhere • Work closely with I.T. on providing analytics and guest segments to marketing/management team to build strategies to drive the business Digital Strategy • Oversee and direct strategy for multi-channel digital marketing campaigns. Work with outside media agencies and in-house creative/marketing managers to develop content across channels, track/optimize and report performance in digital ad/marketing channels • Plan and manage media/marketing budgets for all concepts • Lead digital initiatives, working closely with I.T., such as website redesigns, gift cards, online ordering platforms, mobile apps, new tech, or digitally enabled marketing opportunities that arise • Report on all digital efforts and analyze for optimization • Track emerging trends, media + sales drivers in the industry and bring forth new ways to drive the business Other Digital Marketing • Directs paid search strategy & execution for all concepts, optimize web sites and ensure restaurant information is up-to-date and relevant • Manage card-based marketing media buys for all concepts • Oversee local presence on key platforms (maps, online menu aggregators, etc) • Manage and develop digital marketing team • Lead social influencer initiatives
• 7+ years of digital marketing experience with email marketing expertise a must. • Experience in loyalty programs, CRM and segmentation a huge plus • Results-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with minimal oversight • Overall knowledge and understanding of current digital marketing trends and implications for business. Passion for new media and emerging developments in consumer-facing technology. Data geek who thrives on analytics and driving results • Understanding of website usability and best practices, versed in Google Analytics • Excellent organizational and project management skills with ability to multi-task and prioritize projects and tasks • Previous restaurant or retail email marketing a plus

• Own the execution of marketing calendar for corporate owned restaurants. Manage creative work orders and change orders, routing creative, creating PO’s for printers, implementation meeting communications, WIRE posts and ensuring continued accuracy and updates as plans change. This also includes tracking results and keeping master promotions document up to date • Ensure ensure all departments are equipped with necessary information regarding marketing initiatives & programs (RIS, Purchasing) • Ownership of menu documents: current menus and their locations, changes within each menu cycle, partnership with digital on accurate listings online, production orders • Support marketing director with market trends and competitive research and audits • Partner with marketing director and digital team to ensure national email calendar aligns with marketing plan and accomplishes the goals of the initiative • Programming emails for Houlihan’s including testing and managing reviews from team members. This also includes reviewing local franchise emails for on brand marketing messages • Tracking results of promotions via Enterprise modules and reporting out learnings regularly to marketing director • Receive local marketing requests from operations. Partner with Marketing Director and digital team to outline the strategic plan. As needed, partner with operations and other marketing teams to implement plan in local restaurants. • Execute, plan & gain approval for ‘Plate It Forward’ donation events • Partner with marketing director to track and oversee creative work orders for menu versions for price increases, rollouts and special events (restaurant week, holiday menus, etc.) as well as ensure accuracy on the website. • Submit print orders to printers & maintain visibility into printing efforts • Draft, review, & execute internal communication platform postings & events (WIRE). Keep WIRE library updated & accurate. • Manage Franchise marketing calendar with internal franchise contact
