KBP Brands is looking for a successful Area Coach (AC) with proven multi-unit leadership success. This AC will oversee 5-10 KFC restaurants to ensure that each Restaurant General Manager meets or exceeds the annual EBITDAR budget. They will be expected to drive excellence in day-to-day operations of the restaurants; train, coach, and support managers; and plan and set goals. These KFC restaurants are independently owned and operated by KBP Brands. RESPONSIBILITIES • Leads the way by working with each RGM in the area to meet or exceed budgeted EBITDAR; utilizes available reports to identify opportunities; ensures that correct operational procedures are always followed. • Utilizes selection tools effectively to ensure proper staffing in their area (Click and Hire and bench planning process) • Aggressively identifies, develops, and maintains MP, Co-Manager and AM staffing levels; monitors restaurant-level staffing. • Is resolution oriented in all restaurant-level Employee Relations (ER) activities; provides needed ER assistance to MP’s. Is proactive in addressing ER needs in the area. • Utilizes weekly and period goals to improve measurable results. • Praise efforts recognize progress and reward results within their team. • Properly uses progressive discipline and action planning to address shortcomings. • Accountable for growing sales by ensuring great operations. Has a beat budget mentality. • Holds team accountable for serving “Hot, Fresh and Fast” food to every guest to ensure customer satisfaction. • Coaches team on achieving CFF and FSC results through proper execution of the 5 Initiatives. • Accountable for coaching and training MP’s, Co-Managers, and Shift Supervisors for operational excellence; supports national training initiatives; training of new promotional rollouts; involved in process for new employee orientation, monitors training processes to ensure quality training of team members and managers. • Has a high impact process for addressing outliers in any results measures. • Demonstrates teamwork and shares Best Demonstrated Practices with other AC’s. REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES • High School, GED, College, or university Degree Preferred. • 3-5 years of successful, mulit-unit, operational management experience in the Quick Service Restaurant industry, including Profit and Loss responsibility • Demonstrated track record of workplace achievement in the selection, coaching and development of managerial employees. • Maintain a valid driver’s license and carry a minimum of $100,000 in liability insurance coverage. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS • Lift, carry, stack, push or pull heavy objects up to 50 pounds. • Stand and walk constantly for entire shifts. • Maneuver through compact spaces safely and operate restaurant equipment. • Ability to effectively communicate and follow direction. • Ability to travel for extensive periods of time, between stores and/or regions, on a frequent basis.
This role provides direct administrative support of two KBP leadership team members and plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation and coordination of department activities. RESPONSIBILITIES • Provide administrative support for the Chief Financial Officer & Chief People Officer. o Manage complex calendars and schedules, including coordination of internal and external meetings and travel arrangements. o Coordinate and prioritize meeting requests, ensuring efficient use of time. o Prepare and collate meeting agendas and documents to ensure leaders are prepared for meetings. • Draft, edit, and proofread documents, presentations, and reports. • Coordinate meetings and events. o Arrange and coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings and events. o Prepare meeting materials, take minutes, and distribute meeting notes. o Support other Finance and HR leadership members, as needed. • Partner with other executive assistants on planning and execution of home office events. • Serve as a culture ambassador within the Finance and HR departments by coordinating and leading activities that promote a positive work environment. • Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, including employees and vendors.
• Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role, supporting C-Suite executives. • Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to anticipate needs and proactively address them. • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. • Adaptability and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • Proficient in using Microsoft Office. • Strong customer (internal and external) orientation. • Professional demeanor with strong verbal and written communication and keen attention to detail.
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) is responsible for partnering with leaders to develop and execute HR strategies focused on talent management, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement that align with achievement of business objectives. The HRBP serves as a trusted advisor, supporting an inclusive culture and pursuing continuous improvement. This position requires a cross-functional understanding of Human Resources, as well as significant experience in employee relations. The HRBP will directly support targeted regions and brand(s) within KBP’s growing business and be a knowledgeable point of contact for leaders. Job Responsibilities • Develops productive and trusting relationships that support achievement of business objectives. • Consults with management, providing HR guidance when appropriate (e.g., coaching, career development, disciplinary actions). • Collaborates across HR and operations leadership to develop valuable programs that build accountability and foster employee engagement. • Analyzes trends and metrics to develop recommendations, programs, and policies. • Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues across a union free workforce of approximately 20,000 employees operating in 30 states. Conducts effective, thorough, and objective investigations. • Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to daily management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. • Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation. • Partners with the Benefits team to oversee KBP’s active leave and disability management programs and processes. • Identifies training needs for business units and partners in the development of training. • Performs other related duties, as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. • Five years of human resource generalist experience. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to analyze and synthesize data to make informed decisions using correlation, reasoning, and problem-solving skills. • Experience supporting leaders across a wide geography. • Strong leadership, influencing and collaboration skills. • Strong sense of urgency and ability to complete projects timely. • Intellectually curious with keen attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications • PHR or SPHR certification. • Labor relations knowledge. • Experience in the restaurant industry or high-volume hospitality environment. • Experience working with a multi-cultural workforce and bilingual skills.
