Makes and installs cabinetwork, installs carpeting and flooring, builds shelving, hangs doors, hangs pictures and bulletin boards, installs locks and hardware. · Working from plans or general descriptions designs and builds special purpose furniture, cabinets, etc. · Cuts and installs glass, counter tops, queue lines, etc. · Installs and repairs ceramic tile. · Makes general repairs to buildings; winterizes; patches holes. · Pours concrete. · Repairs roofs and guttering. · Hangs and repairs drop ceilings. · Welds metal for repair and minor construction. · Generally undertakes all repairs that do not involve electrical, HVAC, or plumbing. · Pre-Opening safety checks performed. · Performs safety and equipment inspections. · Operates a broad variety of tools and equipment. · Performs other duties as assigned. · Ability and willingness to cross-train for other operational departments and work such departments during specific short-staffing periods. Description Industrial Electrician Basic Function Under the supervision of the Maintenance Director, perform electrical work within the park on rides and building maintenance. Specific Responsibilities •Responsible for overall electrical repair and preventative maintenance of facilities, rides and grounds equipment. •Installation, troubleshooting & repair of low & high voltage (single/three phase) industrial electrical & control systems for roller coasters, in park rides, boilers, pumps, air compressors and facilities. •Maintain the building wiring to ensure any new wiring is within compliance. Upgrade outdated or unsafe electrical installation across the park. •Responsible for all electrical emergency & scheduled maintenance tasks across the park. Ensure all projects are completed timely, correctly, safely and to the highest quality standard. •Maintain a clean, organized working environment upon completion of projects. Keep accurate inventory on all in house product. •Comply with park safety standards, GMP’s, current standard practices and all other park rules, policies and procedures. •Perform other duties as assigned. Ensures that all rides meet local, state, and federal safety requirements through daily inspection and supports the park daily operation. Job Requirements: • Keep maintenance shop neat, clean, and well organized. • Study manuals to gain a better understanding of the working parts of rides and other equipment. • Inspect rides daily by observing equipment in operation. • Quickly locate the root cause of problems by looking for visual and audio clues. • Dismantle devices to gain access, remove, and repair/replace defective parts then reassemble and test to assure that all defects are fixed. • Apply preventive maintenance to rides and equipment such as cleaning, lubricating, and tightening parts. • Make timely decisions and supports/ explains reasoning for decisions. Basic Function The pool Tech is responsible for treating and maintaining pool cleanliness as well as filtration systems under the direction of the Pool Tech Supervisor. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES ▪ Maintain cleanliness and organization Pump rooms ▪ Ensure preventive maintenance schedule is completed in accordance to Facilities Manager guidelines. ▪ Ensure pool chemistry is maintained in accordance with local bather code. ▪ Backwash pools when needed. ▪ Maintain inventory controls of pool chemicals and testing chemicals. ▪ Diagnose and repair chemical feeders. ▪ Diagnose and repair chemical probes and controllers. ▪ Maintain cleanliness of pools. ▪ Ensure pools are tested and logged in accordance to local bather code. ▪ Maintain records and documentation. ▪ Other duties as assigned.
