What’s The Story? Established in 2018, Limestone BBQ and Bourbon specializes in exceptional BBQ and provides a warm, comfortable location to drink the finest bourbon around. We have brought the classic Texas BBQ taste to the great State of Delaware and paired it with the the best Speakeasy environment in this region. It’s an exciting time for High 5 Hospitality, LLC, a great time to join our Team of restaurants, Buffalo Wild Wings, Stone Balloon, Limestone BBQ and Bourbon and coming soon, Eggspectation. We are looking for our own “small batch” of talent for the latest brand in the High 5 Hospitality, LLC family. Our Brand Ambassador is responsible for spreading the spirit of BBQ and educating our Guest on the LBB Story. From the drawing board to private label bourbon - we need someone who will shout our tale from the front porch. BBQ is a lifestyle, rich in southern hospitality and a “down-home” feel. With a genuine smile, eye contact and the people-reading savvy of a natural salesperson, this role will be your time to shine! All While maintaining High 5 Hospitality STAR core values: Serve Others Well Take Responsibility Attitude is Everything Results Matter Sell More Responsibility: Daily execution of the Mission Statement and Core Values. #1 priority - our Guest - no matter what you may be doing - our Brand Ambassador has their eye on the door. Greeting Guests as they walk in the door - educating the Guest on our concept. Constantly Interacting with Guests. Walking the floor to be sure dining room is clean. Stocking and maintaining sufficient levels of supplies for the dining room. Maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment. Ensuring our Guest has an unforgettable first experience. Ability to lift 60 lbs and stand for long periods of time. Guest: Models hospitality skills/behaviors during shift. Actively looks for and identifies techniques to attract new Guests. Makes an incredible first impression when our Guest enters our restaurant and memorable final impression as Guest leaves our restaurant. Quality Operations: Maintains high cleanliness standards, during slow times, cleaning dining room, restocking. Relay any issue regarding operations to the Manager on Duty. Sales and Profits: Demonstrated time management and organizational skills. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays. Education/Training/Experience: High School or equivalent. Stellar Customer Service skills. Theater background a plus!
