Reports to the Kitchen Manager Dishwasher is required to wash and store all dishes, utensils and equipment in accordance with company and local health department standards. Other duties will include prep work for the line cooks and kitchen manager including, but not limited to washing, preparing, portioning and properly storing vegetables, proteins and ready to eat products. Evening and weekend availability is required.
