Description:

We are seeking bartenders with exceptional customer service skills for our transformed music venue. Successful candidates will be able to multitask, demonstrate hospitably, and uphold our high standards in a fast-paced environment

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience

• Comply with all food and beverage regulations

• Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor

• Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures

• Ability to work weekends, holidays and evenings

• TABC and Food Handlers licenses (will be required to have both licenses before you can start working with us)

• Able to multitask

• Check for 21 over, ID all guest

• Maintain cleanliness of the bar and prep stations

• Stock and maintain product inventory 

• Set up the bar and break it down every night 

• Retain drink knowledge 

• Pour free hand according to our standards, and use jiggers when needed

 

 

Requirements:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Current Food Handlers or Serve Safe Certificate and TABC 

• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately

• Ability to understand and follow safety procedures

• Excellent listening and multitasking abilities

• Outstanding communication skills

• Desire to work in a fast-paced environment

• Flexibility in schedule with a willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays

- 21 years or older

 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• High level of physical activity

- Able to work outdoors in extreme temperatures for extended periods.

• Able to walk, stand, sit, kneel, stoop, bend, speak, and hear with aid, see, read, reach with arms and hands

• Able to travel to/from working location as needed and required

• Able to stand for up to 8 hours at a time

• Able to push/pull/lift to 50 pounds
