About KOTA: Station is both an ABC/FOX affiliate located in the beautiful Black Hills of South Dakota. We run local newscasts for both ABC and FOX on KOTA (ABC) and KEVN (FOX) Our state of the art studio has two separate news sets for the two affiliates. We run crispin for show and commercial play out and Overdrive for newscast presentation. We run 10 robotic cameras, with 9 in studio and one in the newsroom. We do a morning show, noon show 5:30pm news, 6pm news, 9 and 10pm news. Job Summary: Responsible for show and commercial ingestion as well as play out for both ABC and FOX shows. Working with the news department to code and present newscasts (Overdrive operation). EAS and transmitter logging to keep the station in FCC compliance and other duties as assigned. The primary job duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * Ingesting shows and commercials for later playback, playing back and monitoring shows and commercials for both ABC and FOX * Overdrive operation, coding and playing of live local newscasts for both ABC and FOX news affiliates * Running EAS tests so as to keep the station in FCC compliance, monitoring transmitters and taking accurate readings * Ability to monitor and fix problems with logs, (Crispin) * Working with news to produce Live newscasts, Operation of Overdrive * Ability to work weekends and duties as assigned

Requirements:
