Job Summary: KWTX has an immediate opening for Copy Coordinator. The ideal candidate must be able to work in a deadline driven workplace, as well as work in a fast-paced environment. We are seeking an organized, fast learning, tech savvy, reliable individual who has the ability to multi-task with high attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and a strong ability to anticipate problems and recognize opportunities to improve workflow are a must. Additional duties will include receptionist responsibilities. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: •work closely with the sales team, clients, and agencies to process commercial copy instructions and ensure the correct commercials air on our television stations •work with creatives services and master control operators to ensure commercial spots are ready and available for airing •station receptionist including greeting and directing guests, sorting mail and other deliveries, answering phone, and handling company inquiries •assist sales department in other areas as needed

Requirements:
