WTOC-TV, located in beautiful Savannah, GA, is the CBS affiliate serving 17 counties in south Georgia and 3 in South Carolina. WTOC is the market's dominant station, celebrating 66 years of excellence in news, sports, and weather reporting both on-air and on-line.
This position will report to the Local Sales Manager and will assist the sales department in all aspects of day-to-day sales operations for the station. Ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, detailed orientated, strong administrative skills and the ability to work in a changing, fast-paced environment.
--Assists in all general administrative duties as needed
--Provides customer support for station advertising clients
--Enters broadcast and digital orders
--Assists in managing customer relationship management (CRM) tool
--Assists in preparing proposals, creating presentations, pulling invoices & avails
--Covers front desk/reception as needed
--Other duties as assigned
Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, overall knowledge of basic computer skills. College degree preferred or equivalent in years of experience.
