Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Receiving Guests and Vendors
• Managing Office Supplies
• Shipping and Receiving
• Assisting the General Manager, Office Manager and other Department Heads with various duties
• Other duties as assigned
• Strong Organizational skills
• Strong customer services skills and telephone etiquette
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record
• Must be proficient in English and Spanish, written and oral communications
• Must have a basic understanding of social media and digital media
• Must have high energy and maintain positive outlook
• Must have the ability to manage multiple tasks at once
