Job Summary/Description: KPLC-TV is looking for a highly motivated, multitalented journalist to cover all things sports at the top media outlet in Southwest Louisiana. You must be a multimedia expert who knows the principles of digital and broadcast journalism. In addition to anchoring our weekend sportscasts, you'll also shoot, report, and produce digital and broadcast sports content. Highlight readers need not apply. We cover McNeese State, ULL, LSU, and other non-traditional sports. A degree in Journalism or related field is preferred. The successful candidate will be responsible for (but not limited to) the following: ◾ Anchoring Weekend Sportscasts ◾ Shoot, report, and produce digital and broadcast sports content
