This position requires proficient computer knowledge. It will also require the ability to remain composed in a fast-paced environment, the ability to work with a diversity of personalities and to have the capability of multitasking. General Responsibilities (not limited to): • Assist Account Executives with proposals, order entries, make goods, pre-emption reports and special projects • Fill in for receptionist • Assist General Manager and Office Manager as needed • Manage contests and pick contest winners • Post Obituaries to Website • Plan monthly staff meetings • Manage community event postings
