Job Summary/Description: KXII is recruiting for an (SR) Sales Assistant \ Traffic Assistant. This person will assist in administrative functions such as order entry, credit and collections and preparing proposals for the sales department along with handling assigned traffic duties to apply commercial material to orders. They will also need knowledge of ComScore ratings and be capable of and routinely offering and/or negotiate makegoods with minimal oversight by Sales Management. Proficient in Wide Orbit, Wide Orbit Media Sales and PowerPoint. The right candidate will be responsible for the following: ▫ Order entry into Wide Orbit Traffic. ▫ Traffic (commercials) to orders in Wide Orbit Traffic. ▫ Update and maintain programming in Wide Orbit Media Sales. ▫ Create quarterly selling books in Wide Orbit Media Sales. ComScore research. Develop Sports and Sales packages for Sales Team in tandem with Sales Management.

Requirements:

Previous media sales support experience is preferred although any sales support experience is a plus. The ability to learn in a changing environment is also required.
