About WTOC: WTOC-TV is the Gray Television-owned CBS affiliate in Savannah Georgia, servicing 20 counties in the South Georgia Coastal Empire and three counties in the South Carolina Lowcountry. Job Summary: Gray-WTOC, is seeking a Digital Sales Assistant. A qualified candidate for this position must have strong organizational and communication skills (verbal and written) and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in our fast-paced environment. This position works directly with the sales department, other station departments, advertisers and agencies on daily continuity duties, to assure that campaigns run as directed. General Responsibilities: • Works with our corporate design team on digital ad creative • Schedules new digital campaigns • Assists with campaign changes and updates on current campaigns • Handles digital analytic performance reports on current campaigns • Maintains excellent customer service relations at the client and agencies levels
