KSWO 7 News, the Gray TV station covering Southwest Oklahoma and North Texas is looking for a full-time Meteorologist to join the largest First Alert Weather team in the southern plains.
This is a rare opportunity to cover severe weather at Tornado Alley's front door. Our team of six meteorologists forecast, track, and chase every kind of severe system: winter, spring, and summer, in a real time weather laboratory straddling the Red River. Duties include forecasting and producing accurate and viewer-focused weathercasts and content for broadcast, digital platforms and all forms of social media, as well as being comfortable on air or live in the field. We're a newsroom focused on and dedicated to local weather.

The successful meteorologist filling this role will have a talent relating with viewers, a focus on viewer impact and a desire to be active in the community.
