BIBIBOP Asian Grill is seeking a full-time Catering Coordinator to support our growing brand-wide catering department. The Catering Coordinator will process and assign catering orders for all BIBIBOP locations. This role will be based in our corporate office. Responsibilities and Duties Responsibilities of the role: Creative a positive and memorable experience for customers Assist with booking of events, selecting and costing menu items, and pricing as needed. Coordinate activities with other internal departments. Participate in management team meetings. Interface with vendors and key service users within client organization. Qualifications and Skills

Requirements:

Who we are looking for: Individuals with previous restaurants experience, catering experience preferred. Strong organization skills, and time management. Ability to clearly communicate with store management and other departments.
