If so, we want you to join our family-owned pizzeria as our NY Style Team Leader! As our NY Style Team Leader, you'll be responsible for overseeing our kitchen team and ensuring that every pizza that comes out of our kitchen is made to perfection. You'll be the go-to person for all things NY-style pizza, and you'll use your expertise to guide and mentor our team to success. But here's the best part - we're not just any old pizzeria. We believe in creating a warm and welcoming environment for our customers and employees alike, where everyone feels like part of the family. - Competitive wages - Earn up to $5 & more per hour in tips! -*50% Discounted meals - Flexible Schedule - Family environment Integrity - 401k with match after 1st year Duties and Responsibilities: • Work with the Owner/Operator, as part of a high performance leadership team, to execute our business strategy • Achieve strategic, annual business results through focus and action on tactical monthly and quarterly objectives and tasks • Works with executive team to ensure appropriate daily and restaurant staffing levels • Responsible for inventory management • Responsible for the facilities management • Must be an excellent coach, communicator and team builder • Maintains a positive working relationship and treats all employees with respect while providing them with direction and feedback. • Complete understanding of each key position in both the front and back of the store • Verifies completion of all operational assessment tools • Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position which includes, but is not limited to standing for up to 9 hours and lifting up to 40lbs. • Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items • Follow sanitation and safety procedures • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality • Greet guests to make them feel comfortable and welcome • Follow Gianni’s Ny Pizza operational policies and procedures • All other duties as assigned Required Skills: • Self-leader committed to personal growth • Ability to handle multiple tasks at once • Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic • Willingness to step outside of job role to assist in other roles • Customer service oriented • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members • Honors and encourages others to follow the visions and values of the restaurant

Requirements:

Required Qualifications: • Experience as a leader in the customer service industry and/or production environment • Proven ability to lead in quick paced environments as part of a team • Basic computer competency • Must be available to work a minimum of 3 days including Friday and Saturday, minimum of 30 hours to full time • Must have reliable transportation Required Skills: • Self-leader committed to personal growth • Ability to handle multiple tasks at once • Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic • Willingness to step outside of job role to assist in other roles • Customer service oriented • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members • Honors and encourages others to follow the visions and values of the restaurant
