Description

The Bartender will make and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, serve food, as well as play an integral role in creating new recipes for innovative cocktails. Bartender must ensure bar runs smoothly and efficiently while maintaining liquor inventories and budgets. Other responsibilities include ordering liquor and supplies from outside vendors, processing cash and credit card payments, verifying that patrons are old enough to drink and keeping the bar neat and clean.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent. Must be at least 21 years of age. Demeanor must be one that is friendly, energetic and confident. Knowledge of human behavior and psychology may be helpful. Must be in good physical condition and be able to lift 50 lbs.

Description

The Kitchen Team will accurately and efficiently cook meats, fish, vegetables, soups and other hot food products as well as prepare and portion food products prior to cooking. Line Cook will also perform other duties in the areas of food and final plate preparation including plating and garnishing of cooked items and preparing appropriate garnishes for all items.

Requirements

Able to do repetitive work, to prepare food according to food handlers guidelines. Able to communicate with Prep Cooks and wait staff. Knowledge of kitchen equipment, safety rules for kitchen equipment, cooking procedures, of where and how everything is stored. Must be able to label and date all food stored and rotate food as needed, able to lift 50 lbs, must be flexible with job duties, able to work all shifts and holidays, follow opening and closing procedures. Must be able to work in a high paced and hot environment, to multi-task to stand and walk for long periods of time. Other duties include report to managers when something is broken or needs repair, keep a clean, stocked and tidy work space, be able to self-motivate in work environment and to follow written or verbal instructions.

Requirements

Be prepared to work in an environment that can at times be fast paced. Must be accurate with money and have a basic math and accounting skills. Enjoys working with Guests and associates to resolve guest or associates issues professionally. Proficiency of English Language. Ability to lift or move up to 25 pounds. Ability to spend long periods of time standing or moving. Physical activities include bending, stooping, lifting, climbing, carrying, walking, and/or reaching on a frequent basis. Must have reliable transportation. Must be able to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays to meet business needs. Able to work in all weather conditions, both indoors and outdoors. Ability to work with a diversified work force.

Description

The role of the Server will be to lead the guest through a spectacular dining experience. A Server's role will go much further beyond describing items on the menu (ingredients used along with how it is prepared, cooked and served), taking food and beverage orders, serving and checking back with customers during the meal for any additional needs along with providing checks and taking payments. A Server must be able to capture the guest's attention in a manner that entices the guest to return to the restaurant again and again. A Server must be able to work with other restaurant employees to present an enjoyable dining experience to their customers.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent. Must be at least 18 years of age. Requirements include the ability to stand on your feet the majority of the time. It also entails carrying trays weighted down significantly with food, glasses, dishes and working with items of extreme hot or cold temperatures. A server relies on tips for an income. Work is part time and full time, with schedules based around busy meal times, holidays, events and weekends.
