As a Flash Foods Sales Associate, customer service is your number one priority. Our Sales Associates are not just cashiers. Our Associates are Flash Foods Ambassadors and as such you are required to:
1. Provide a friendly greeting to all customers upon entering the store or on the phone.
2. Get to know your customers by name.
3. Go out of your way to make customers feel important and valued.
4. Move quickly to provide fast service.
5. Suggestive sell to customers when appropriate.
6. Promote our Rewards in a Flash program.
7. Thank customers for their business and invite them back.
Without our customers we would not be in business. It is imperative that they receive 100% of our attention and appreciation for their business.Requirements:
The position of Flash Foods Sales Associate is rewarding yet challenging. It can be very fast paced and highly stressful. You must be nice to people who may not be nice to you. You must be nice while taking out the trash and scrubbing toilets. In addition you:
•Must be in physically good shape and able to lift bend and stand up to eight hours.
•Must be able to balance on step stool or step ladder. Climb ladder to hang signs.
•Must be able to work in a cooler at a temperature of 36 degrees for up to 30 minutes.
•Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs.
•Tolerate exposure to gasoline fumes and cleaning products.
•Must be able to see well enough to check identification.
•Must be able to do basic math at the 8th grade level.
•Must be able to speak, read and write English at 8th grade level and communicate with customers in English.
