District managers hire, train and develop their management teams. Other responsibilities include ensuring district-wide customer satisfaction and product quality, while managing the territory's financial performance, and managing safety and security within the district.

Requirements:

Proven history of retail management experience, preferably multi-unit experience. District Managers must have the ability to analyze financial reports. As well as excellent leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills also a must.
