Culver Franchising System, LLC is looking for a technically savvy e-learning developer to create engaging e-learning courses to support Culver’s best-in-class training solutions. This person will incorporate modern adult learning principles and utilize multimedia to aid with learner retention. The role prioritizes consistency in design standards and high-quality results to foster people and business development. Essential Functions: Build and Maintain Effective E-Learning Courses – utilize tools such as Articulate Rise and Storyline. • Incorporate modern adult learning principles to design and develop engaging e-learning layouts and activities, using graphics, photos, videos, and animation. • Use storyboards effectively throughout the design process. • Review photo/graphic specifications in course storyboards and assist with photo and video shoots. • Research evolving e-learning technologies, trends, and strategies. Utilize and Manage Courses and Tools on the Learning Management System (LMS). • Track and complete routine essential edits to courses and tools on the LMS. • Create and maintain Spanish translated courses and tools on the LMS. • Assist with troubleshooting courseware and LMS functionality issues. Create and maintain internal course design style guides. • Ensure consistency and accuracy with design standards, conduct quality and cross-platform testing with required browsers and operating systems. • Stay current with ongoing software updates and releases.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Training or any e-learning development related field. • 3-4 years of instructional design experience, developing e-learning courses in Articulate, Rise and Storyline. • Demonstrate proficiency with Articulate Storyline, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premier Pro CC, and the Microsoft Office Suite. • Working knowledge of instruction design, graphic design, Adobe Creative Suite, photography/videography, HTML and adult learning principles.
