We are looking for exceptional leaders with tested restaurant experience, that have a proven track record of managing a successful high-volume restaurant with a full liquor license.
Papa Boos is a seasonal location, open April-September. We are located on Buckeye Lake attracting large crowds of boaters, bikers, and people looking to experience a good time on the lake. The position demands open availability, able to work long and/or irregular shifts, including extra shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed, for the proper functioning of the restaurant.
A day in the life of a Boo Crew Manager:
On your feet 10-12 hours, up to 30,000 steps a day, outside -summer heat- managing large crowds, loud music, and leading a staff of 100 people. Pitch in and help in any position (service, production, maintenance, janitorial, or otherwise) as needed.

Capable of completing minor maintenance tasks and understand how equipment works, such as ice machines, gas grills, fryers etc.
Able to lift, carry, push, and pull supplies up to 30lbs.
