We are currently looking for exceptional individuals with tested restaurant experience, that have a proven track record of managing a successful high volume restaurant with a full liquor license.
We are a seasonal location, open April-September. We are located on Buckeye Lake and attract large crowds of boaters, bikers, and people looking to experience a good time on the lake. The position demands open availability, able to work long and/or irregular shifts, including extra shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed, for the proper functioning of the restaurant.
There is NOTHING that is beneath us when it comes to being part of the Boo Crew.
Eligibility requirements: Past job references, ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug test, possess a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation.
Wages determined by experience and previous track record.

Ability to maintain proper product inventory, Knowledge of cooking on pizza ovens/grills/fryers, Ability to train others on equipment and food quality expectations, Maintain all staffing requirements (hiring, firing), Scheduling kitchen staff.
Capable of being on your feet 10-12 hours, withstand outdoor weather conditions specifically summer heat, large crowds, loud music, and manage a staff of 50 people. Able to lift, carry, push, and pull supplies up to 30lbs. Capable of completing minor maintenance tasks and have the understanding of equipment such as ice machines, gas grills, fryers etc. Able to perform any task performed by service or production crew.
