Job Title: Maintenance Office Clerk

 

Job Summary:

CN Brown Maintenance is looking for a Maintenance Dept. office clerk. This position receives numerous calls on a daily basis for service from our locations. Service calls received are for pump work, freezer/cooler issues, electrical issues, etc. We work closely with location staff as well as Management.

 

Responsibilities:

1.      Creating electronic work orders

2.      Contacting outside vendors for service

3.      Coding incoming invoices

4.      Inventory management

Job Specification:

Education - High School diploma (or equivalent)

Basic computer skills necessary

Ability to stand/sit for prolonged periods, climb, pull and lift a minimum of 50 pounds
