Description:

The Warehouse Manager oversees all of the Chuy’s warehouse daily operations including shipping and receiving of inventory and management of staff. • Coordinate shipping and receiving of all inventory • Coordinate and assemble store construction décor packages • Coordinate consolidation and shipping of construction décor for new locations • Manage warehouse staff in their duties and schedules • Maintain and report accurate time sheets weekly to payroll • Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system • Ensure efficient space utilization and physical condition of the warehouse • Act as main liaison with clients, supplier and transport companies • Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in warehouse management for an active high-volume warehouse with proven knowledge of warehouse policies and procedures • At least 3 years of experience with warehouse management software and databases • Experience and knowledge of interstate shipping methods and laws • Strong safety background and focus • Strong decision making and problem-solving skills • Leadership skills and ability to manage staff • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with all levels of staff and management • Keen sense of urgency and deadline oriented • Self-motivated and able to work and perform independently to complete prescribed duties and assignments. • Fluent in Spanish a plus
