The Systems Administrator is responsible for managing and maintaining various mobile devices and laptops, ensuring a seamless and secure user experience for our employees.
- Administer and support a variety of devices, including iPads, iPhones, Android devices, and laptops.
- Set up and configure new devices for employees, ensuring adherence to company security policies and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues for end-users.
- Assist in the management of mobile device management (MDM) and endpoint management solutions.
- Maintain an up-to-date inventory of all devices and related assets.
- Collaborate with the IT team to develop and implement policies and procedures for device management.
- Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in device management and support.
- Provide excellent customer service to employees, responding to inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in IT support or systems administration, including hands-on experience with mobile devices and laptops.
- Strong understanding of iOS, Android, and Windows operating systems.
- Familiarity with mobile device management (MDM) solutions, such as HexNode or Microsoft Intune, is a plus.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
