The Systems Administrator is responsible for managing and maintaining various mobile devices and laptops, ensuring a seamless and secure user experience for our employees.

 

Responsibilities:

  1. Administer and support a variety of devices, including iPads, iPhones, Android devices, and laptops.
  2. Set up and configure new devices for employees, ensuring adherence to company security policies and best practices.
  3. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues for end-users.
  4. Assist in the management of mobile device management (MDM) and endpoint management solutions.
  5. Maintain an up-to-date inventory of all devices and related assets.
  6. Collaborate with the IT team to develop and implement policies and procedures for device management.
  7. Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in device management and support.
  8. Provide excellent customer service to employees, responding to inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

  1. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
  2. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in IT support or systems administration, including hands-on experience with mobile devices and laptops.
  3. Strong understanding of iOS, Android, and Windows operating systems.
  4. Familiarity with mobile device management (MDM) solutions, such as HexNode or Microsoft Intune, is a plus.
  5. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  7. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  8. A commitment to maintaining the highest levels of confidentiality, professionalism, and customer service.
