The Guest Service Representative is responsible for exceptional guest sales and service at the front desk and in the evening executes all tasks and systems to support the efficient delivery of guest satisfaction throughout the day. This includes sales and reservations via phone and in person, guest check in and out, guidance for guests in dining and directions, and the commitment to consistently wowing our guests with the quality of your service and our award winning hotels. Schedules require rotating weekend shifts. Night shift includes billing, inventories, laundry, movement of goods throughout the building, audits, and any task necessary for the efficient operations of the hotel.
