Duties:
Prepare all items to recipe and the standards outlined in the Operations Manual. Prepares all types of foods such as meats, vegetables, baked goods, and desserts; prepares food to include salads, dressings, sandwiches, and cold plates; prepares foods on grill, in broiler, or on stovetop.
Use daily prep list and menu and gather products and tools needed to produce the menu items for the day.
Operates food production equipment to include slicers, choppers, dicers, mixers, vertical cutters, and other beverage, vegetable, bakery, and meat processing equipment.
"Take Ownership" of the assigned station by taking primary responsibility for keeping the station and the front of the house up to company standards.
Requirements:Qualifications:
Being friendly and helpful to customers and co-workers.
At least one year of cooking experience
Working well with teammates and accepting coaching from management team.
Having a clean and tidy appearance and work habits.
Being dependable and timely for scheduled shifts.
