Sous Chef will be responsible for but not limited to: carrying out Executive Chefs requests, overseeing line cooks, working a station every night, making sure kitchen stays clean and organized, prepping their stations, making sure food is fresh, prepped correctly and consistently, and ordering product on a timely schedule. The ideal candidate is self motivated and will have excellent knife skills and culinary technique.Requirements:
This job requires the ability to stand on your feet the majority of the time. It also entails working with items of extreme hot or cold temperatures. Schedules are based around busy meal times, holidays, events and weekends.
