As a Bartender, you ensure consistent drink quality by preparing orders in a short period of time and in accordance with recipes and guidelines established by the Food and Beverage department. At lunch – check back, check down Without being intrusive, observes when drinks need to be refilled or dishes need to be cleared Enters all food and drink items at the POS station, ensuring all items are entered accurately Presents the check and picks up the payment in a timely fashion. Makes correct change and/or completes the proper charge card procedure Pre-bus bar by clearing all food items Resolves any guest complaints immediately unless a Manager is required to assist with a guest. Exercises judgment in the most appropriate way to satisfy the guest and recover flawlessly Advises the Manager immediately of any guest complaints and how the issue was resolved. Observes other bar stations and service bar printer and pitches in when needed Completes any other duties assigned by a Manager Weekend, evening and holiday work is required

Bussers clean tables, take plates, utensils and drinkware to the kitchen to be washed, make sure diners' water glasses are full, and reset tables for the next service. Bussers might help waiters and waitresses bring food out to a table, restock utensils, napkins and other dining room needs.
