The Integration Developer is responsible for providing development expertise in integrating different vendor products into a single restaurant order management solution. They must provide a high level of support through frequent customer interactions and a wide range of KFC operational knowledge. A great Integration Developer ensures reliability with all processes that interact with restaurant systems. •Development (80%) •Develop and design integrations between our digital ordering systems, point of sale system, payment solutions and related tools to support those systems. •Develop internal applications to allow for digital orders placed through 3rd party integrations. •Ensure data integrity between systems through defined integration layers. •Lead the retirement of legacy code as we modernize our technology stack. •Provide innovative ideas that can be implemented with little guidance. •Communication (20%) •Routinely work with and provide support to a diverse group of stakeholders. •Create technical documentation. •Ensure user guides are regularly maintained. •Establish re-occurring meetings with leadership to provide regular updates.


•Education/Certifications – Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems/Computer Engineering •Experience •Years of Experience – 3+ years of development experience •Strong knowledge in C# & C++ development, SQL, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, ASP.NET/MVC, PowerShell •Experience with Windows Operating systems – Windows 7, Windows 10 •Experience with Azure services is a plus – Functions, CosmosDB, Service Bus, IoT, API Management •Experience with eCommerce and point of sale systems is a plus •The ability to read and understand functional and technical specifications as well as other technical documents.
