Description:

This Administrative Assistant position will provide support to the Chief Information Officer and IT team. This key individual will manage multiple deliverables, commitments and correspondence in support of the function’s daily, weekly and yearly needs. •Assist CIO and Directors/Sr. Managers with various meetings, correspondence and confidential projects. 20% •Assist IT Department with day to day requests. 20% •Manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, and expense reports 20% •Coordinate team building programs, manage department meetings, drive culture initiatives and provide event planning as requested. Coordinate recognition and performance awards. 15% •Review, track and code invoices and budgets for department. 5% •Consolidate, edit and distribute various department correspondence, reports and presentations. 5% •Mail distribution, faxes, copying, maintain confidential files, records and record databases. 5% •Manage office supplies for department – maintain inventory and order supplies as needed or requested. 5% •Act as a trusted partner to KFC LT and KFC LT Executive Admins. 5%

Requirements:

•Education/Certifications – High School/Bachelor’s Degree •Experience •4–5 years Executive Assistant experience •Possess a high degree of integrity when dealing with confidential and sensitive information. •Commitment to recognition culture is a must •Excellent customer focused support and attitude •Excellent interpersonal and communication stills •Strong organizational, follow through and time management skills are essential •Accuracy and attention to detail •Ability to work proactively and anticipate needs. •Excellent proofreading and editing skills •Ability to manage multiple deliverables commitments and correspondence in support of the IT team’s daily activities in a fast paced work environment with a heightened sense of urgency. •Ability to prioritize tasks with minimal direction •Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
