The Associate Manager, Digital Media owns KFC’s social presence and defines the targeting and reporting strategy including paid media integrations, social, search, display, email and leads our efforts in online brand reputation and community management. •Own KFC’s Social Media Presence (30%) – Lead our creative/media agency teams to develop targeted creative for our social channels. Develop effective creative with efficient targeting that drives foot traffic in restaurants, provide customer service and execute breakthrough stunts to build brand awareness. •Digital Media Strategy and Reporting (30%) – Develop our digital targeting strategy for search, social, OLV, audio, and display to drive more efficient media spend and evolve brand KPIs to focus more heavily on ROAS and building incremental transactions. •Email Marketing (20%) – Manage the design, segmentation, and messaging for our largest consumer database. Find breakthrough opportunities to provide value and loyalty to our closest customers. •Content Integration and Digital Project Management (10%) – Lead 360 projects from start to finish in coordination with our agency partners and cross functional teams to develop the KFC brand over time. •Vendor Relationship Management (10%) – Serve as a key point of contact for our marketing technology vendors and managing any support requests and contract discussions.


•Education/Certifications – BA or BS (Marketing, Public Relations, Graphic Design, Online Journalism, New Media, or related field) •Experience •Years of Experience – 4-5 years social media experience, with 2-3 years experience in advanced level social analytics. Candidate is a digital native with an expert-level understanding of social media platforms and cultural trends •Experience working with multiple agencies across disciplines •Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interface directly with higher levels of management
