Drive Strategic Planning team’s partnership/analysis on initiatives related to pipeline development, test markets, national promotions, and supply/product forecasting. Support and influence KFC and franchisee leadership in making critical business decisions on calendar and menu. Organizations Supported: KFC U.S Restaurants/Markets (Indicate Franchise/Equity): 54 Company / 4,000 FZ Locations •Promotion / Testing Analysis and Forecasting (60%) – Support project teams in developing product & promotion pipeline – ensuring frameworks for sales/profit analysis, developing tactic validation plans, developing profitable system recommendations, support the entire promotion lifecycle from ideation to test market, decision, launch and post-promotion analysis. Drive holistic business case and financial mindset across cross-functional teams; work directly with and influence franchisees participating in test markets. •S&OP Forecasting (20%) – Responsible for keeping our supply chain partner, RSCS, informed of all calendar changes that could impact supply. Partner with RSCS to deliver accurate system-level annual meatblock forecasts by week. Assist them with flexibility/contingency planning, and building a sales growth mindset. •Ad Hoc Reporting (20%) – Perform various ad hoc initiatives to support the business as they arise, such as operations simplification and RMI initiatives; influence holistic business case mindset on cross-functional teams.


•Education/Certifications – Undergraduate Degree from accredited 4 year university –Finance, Accounting or Business Management required, M.B.A. - Preferred •Experience •Must have experience in financial reporting and planning. •Proficient in financial modeling (Excel), PowerPoint and Microstrategy applications •General knowledge of restaurant level P&L’s required •Demonstrated people and negotiation skills •Must have the ability to think strategically using analytics as a guide •Ability to communicate across all layers of the organization effectively •Must have the ability to multi-task on multiple high profile projects at any given time
