The Product Owner is responsible for managing the vision for our kiosk and digital solutions.
•Product Direction (60%)
•Working with stakeholders to determine the needs for our kiosk and digital solutions.
•Building a roadmap for our solutions.
•Working with vendor partners to advocate for enhancements and bug fixes to our solutions.
•Leading integration team in defining how our kiosk and digital solutions integrate with our restaurant systems.
•Creating and managing user stories for our solutions.
•Groom and maintain the backlog.
•Lead the scrum team in daily activities.
•Working with other development groups to ensure our solutions fit within a portfolio of solutions.
•Release & Project Management (20%)
•Building the project plan to integrate digital solutions into our release cycle.
•Working with solution partners to plan releases and upgrades in our release cycle.
•Working with the business areas to determine timing of system releases.
•Assisting with QA when needed.
•Rollout Planning (20%)
•Assisting our hardware services team in planning for device purchases and timing and placement of installs.
•Collaborating with our franchisees to determine needed number of devices per location, based on projected sales.
•Scheduling install and training. Potential travel to some early installs to ensure solution install is a smooth process.
•Working with our HR training team to develop training material for our solutions.
•Education/Certifications – Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems / Business Administration
•2-3 years as a product owner
•1-2 years of project management
•Lite photo editing (cropping, layering, adding text)
•Manual QA testing
