Be a part of the team that will reestablish KFC’s dominance in the Quick Service Restaurant industry. Work with franchise partners who are building new restaurants (Ground Up, In-Line/End Cap, Conversions, former KFC locations) and opening Express retail units. Responsible for building franchise capability and managing project deliverables (approximately 12 months) to ensure successful operations and execution of digital tools with Grand Openings - includes partnering with Development, IT, HR/Training, Marketing and Food Innovation Team. •Execute ops planning and preparation for New Store and Express Grand Opening support. •Provide guidance on restaurant opening readiness to include: forecast planning, training, etc. – prior to, during and after New Store and Express Grand Opening •Leverage digital technology and tools to drive successful opening process; influence and confirm franchisee completion of digital checklist •Document follow-up learnings from New Restaurant and Express Grand Openings to drive demonstrated success routines and share insights with peers. •Provide recurring updates to inform cross-functional weekly project call •Leading our culture by recognizing your franchise partners, restaurant teams & peers to celebrate Brand Impact and live our KFC Culture Values.

Requirements:

•Bachelor’s degree preferred combined with 3-5 years’ experience as a proven above store leader in QSR or experience working with a franchisor in operations. •80+% travel requirement. And, includes weekends, evenings and some holidays. •Territory supported includes a mixture of restaurants across the US. •Detailed understanding of restaurant P&L statements and reports that support financial success (Balanced Scorecard, Speed w/ Accuracy, Taste). •Thorough knowledge of industry Ops Tools (Food Safety and Brand Standards audits, Training Platforms, Operations Playbook, Area Coach and RGM Success Routines, Restaurant Visit Coaching Log, Franchise Business Review, Voice of Customer, etc.). •Demonstrated mastery of Back of House Systems. Have expertise in Scheduling, Forecasting & Projections systems. •Strong communication skills and excellent problem solver. •Ability to handle and resolve conflict effectively. •Ability to influence and inspire at all levels including Franchise owners.
