Staff Management: -Assign duties and responsibilities to car wash team members, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and correctly. -Provide guidance, support, and on-the-job training to staff members. -Monitor staff performance, address any performance issues, and provide feedback. -Collaborate with the car wash manager to schedule employee shifts and ensure adequate staffing levels. Quality Control: -Perform regular inspections of vehicles before and after the car wash process to make sure quality standards are met. -Address any customer complaints or concerns related to the car wash process or quality of service. -Implement and enforce safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment for employees and customers. -Monitor the overall cleanliness and appearance of the car wash facility, ensuring it meets established standards. Administrative Tasks: -Keep records of daily operations, including the number of cars washed, revenue collected, and any incidents or issues that occurred during your shift. -Assist with inventory management, including ordering and restocking cleaning supplies and other necessary items. -Collaborate with the car wash manager to develop and implement operational procedures and policies.
