Description:

AMC Corp is looking for a high energy, positive individual to lead our team. DESCRIPTION: Managers lead shifts every week, making sure customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience every visit. . Our Shift Managers ensure that everything is under control during their shifts. Typical responsibilities include overseeing all operations from greeting customers to the quality and speed of service our restaurant. Shift Managers perform a variety of tasks, which may include planning for each shift, monitoring performance during the shift, taking action to ensure the team is meeting McDonald’s standards, monitoring safety, security, and profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager to help prepare him/her to run a great shift, too. Shift Managers may also be responsible for meeting targets during their shifts and for helping their assigned Departments meet their goals. Requirements:

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: • Monitor and provide adequate training to all employees • Provides an exceptional experience for all guests • Ensure crew enjoys working at McDonalds • Set a positive, professional tone for success • Makes sure the crew represents the brand proudly & consistently • Position crew members to deliver the best customer service • Ensure good communication between managers and crew • Must be able to follow targets and goals • Responsible for Marketing (POP/Special Events) • Tracks Cash (Shortage, sales, DT Times) QUALIFICATIONS: Previous managerial experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment. We’re looking for positive team players with flexible schedules who like to have fun, with the passion to work the famously fast paced McDonald’s environment. You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our restaurants. • Ability to Read and Write at a 9th Grade Level • Possess Basic Computer Knowledge • Ability to count money and accurately give change • Have a positive attitude • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment • Work as a member of a team • Manage Time effectively • Hospitality knowledge and training • Leadership Skills • 6 months McDonald’s experience plus 6 months in food service Management • ServSafe Certified - Preferred PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: This position can be physically demanding. The employee may be required to stand for extended periods of time, lift objects up to 20 lbs on a regular basis and do repetitive tasks with few breaks.
