Operations Supervisor McDonald's - We are currently seeking an Area Supervisor to join our team! About the job: The successful candidate will work with existing store managers to help them improve their operations, customer service, local store marketing and assist with new store openings, in addition to recruiting and selecting high quality new store managers. Travel will be required as needed within a specific geographic area of assigned locations. Responsibilities: Oversee and coordinate the store managers activities Establish sales goals for the stores Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting Report on team and individual performance Develop and execute innovative sales strategies Build teamwork and celebrate successes Qualifications: Multi-unit store management experience in the QSR industry Strong restaurant operations background Excellent people selection and staff development capabilities Experience with staff HR management Knowledge of local store marketing strategies Ability to interpret and use store financials to improve business results Computer skills including Microsoft Office Strong leadership qualities Excellent verbal and written communication skills Must be able to work independently Effective time management skills Ability to build rapport with managers, staff and guests To qualify, must have: High school diploma or general education degree (GED), prefer some college experience 2-5 years previous QSR experience in a franchise environment Previous supervisory experience, preferably as a multi-unit manager Job Type: Full-time Experience: QSR: 5 years Education: High school License: Driver's License Job Type: Full-time
