Description:

The Maintenance Supervisor will develop a strong working knowledge of all equipment (both mechanical and electrical) in all these areas of responsibility. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and personnel management skills. He/she must be able to work well with store Supervisors and Managers and be able to develop positive working relationships. Good organizational skills are a must. The successful candidate will be responsible for the daily coordination of planned maintenance and emergency repairs in a fast paced environment utilizing both in stores and outside personnel and services. Implementing preventive maintenance systems will be a key responsibility of this position. He/She must be capable of managing multiple tasks, and satisfying the needs of the locations, while meeting the safety, budgetary, and efficiency goals for the stores. Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties as assigned) • Design, implement and maintain preventive maintenance programs set by the company • Refrigeration systems • Manage a safe working environment for all personnel • Maintain stores quality performance standards • Work with Supervisor and location Manager to oversee Capital Expenditure items • Provide emergency response 24-7 (when necessary) • Provide necessary training to new and existing employees in OSHA and McDonald's preventive maintenance • Maintain understanding OSHA efficiency standards • Supports improvement projects • Oversee full wastewater treatment

Requirements:

Preferred Experience: • Electrical, Carpentry, Tile work • Training and managing others • HVAC • Refrigeration, • Small equipment repairs • Plumbing
