Hiring Assistant - Can also be a crew member, or shift manager.

Requirements:

Managers lead shifts every week, making sure customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience every visit. But some managers also lead Departments. These managers’ responsibilities may include managing assigned Systems, like Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management, setting goals, delegating tasks to their teams, following up, and reporting results back to their team and other managers. The Hiring Assistant responsibilities include helping the People Manager in making sure the restaurant hires qualified crew, trains them well, and schedules them to meet restaurant sales and profit goals. This manager’s responsibilities may also include making sure Crew get off to a good start at the restaurant and that they are recognized and motivated throughout their time working there. The Hiring Assistant will help the People Manager recruit and prepare all new hires for our centralized orientation at the main office. Orientation is held every Thursday at our main office. You will only need to hire enough people to make sure the store is fully, and properly staffed. You will need to turn in a new hire packet for all employees which includes a new hire info sheet which employees will fill out themselves. You will need to input new employees' information into the system in order to issue them a clock in number. You will also need to issue every new hire a training schedule, and turn in their application. You will need to turn this information into the main office before every orientation and you will have until 8:30am the day of orientation (EVERY THURSDAY) to turn this information in. You will need to bring this information to the main office yourself, or make prior arrangements with the main office in order to get this information turned in on time. Similar to Managers, Crew members are responsible for greeting our customers, preparing their food, and making sure the restaurant is a clean and welcoming place for our customers. We will need you to hire individuals who are hard working, relatable, care about people and can assist in making our location a welcoming place for all our employees, and customers.
