Description:

Responsible for performing multiple repair and maintenance tasks throughout the day, which can include, but is not limited to: electrical, plumbing,painting,light repair, HVAC, outdoor landscaping and debris removal,general facility and appliance repairs.

Requirements:

Experience with hardware tools and electrical equipment. Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing or HVAC systems.
