Responsibilities
At Pizza Ranch, we view our management team as a vital part of what makes our business so successful. As an Assistant General Manager you will be challenged to exceed the expectations of our guests by delivering on the Pizza Ranch Product and Service standards of operation. You will also be expected to assist the General Manager in leading the day to day operations and support the management of the guest experience through Market Force data and feedback. At the Pizza Ranch you will have the ability to drive store level profitability and sales goals by controlling food and labor costs. Most importantly you will have the opportunity to provide genuine care for all of our staff and guests and to create legendary impact to those you come in to contact with.

Responsibilities
All our Crew Members are vital to the successful operation of our restaurants. There are two ways to become a Pizza Ranch Crew Member. You can apply for either a Front of the House (Dining Room), or Back of the House (Kitchen). The responsibilities below will give you a general idea of the types of activities involved in both of these departments.
- Front of House Support Duties—Guest Hospitality, Safety, Buffet Coordination and Maintenance, Point of Sale, Dining Room Cleanliness, Guest Relations & Transactions, Phone Responsibilities
- Back of House Support Duties—Food Preparation and Safety, Processing Orders, Pizza, Chicken, Dish Room order and cleanliness, Out the Door Order coordination
- Could include, some, all or none of the duties. The exact position will be determined post interview.
Qualifications, Skills, and/or Competencies:
- Ability to be mobile and/or on your feet for extended periods of time during entire shift
- Reaching, bending, stooping, lifting, wiping, sweeping, and mopping
- Ability to lift and carry weight up to 40 pounds
- Strong desire and ability to provide legendary guest service
- Ability to positively interact with Team Members and Guests
- Restaurant experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities
Delivery Drivers are vital to the successful operation of our restaurants and meeting the expectations of our customers. The main responsibility of a Pizza Ranch Delivery Driver is to deliver the orders to the designated places on time. Punctuality and honesty is the attitude required from applicants for this position. Delivery Drivers are also expected to know how to read a basic road map or use a GPS system to find unfamiliar locations. The orders must be delivered right on time and given to customers in a very courteous manner. It is also expected from delivery drivers to make sure that the company’s delivery vehicles are well maintained before and after the shift.
Qualifications, Skills, and/or Competencies:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have a driver’s license valid under the laws of the state(s) where the team member works, acceptable motor vehicle record, proof of insurance, and satisfactory vehicle
- May be cross-trained to perform other workstation duties within the restaurant as needed

Description
Position Objective: At Pizza Ranch, all our team members are vital to the successful operation of our restaurants. This role is primarily responsible for managing the FunZone Arcade and the FunZone Arcade team members. This person will manage all aspects of staffing and create and sustain a legendary experience for all FunZone Arcade guests.
Responsibilities:
Include but are not limited to:
⦁ Hiring, training, developing, and retaining FunZone team members
⦁ Leading the process and team execution of merchandising, inventory management, party bookings
⦁ Managing the daily operations, game uptime, and overall appearance of the FunZone Arcade
⦁ Promoting the FunZone experience via social media channels and local store marketing
Key Accountabilities:

⦁ Manage all aspects of staffing, scheduling, and training of FunZone Attendants
⦁ Detail, market, and organize all aspects of group events and parties including managing reservations, contacting guests, and scheduling FunZone Attendants accordingly
⦁ Ensure events and party details are executed accurately and on time
⦁ Merchandising and inventory control of Redemption Center
⦁ Order and manage party supplies and redemption inventory
⦁ Develop and implement post-event and post-party follow up and referral process
⦁ Ensure courteous customer service and respond to guest questions, complaints, and/or requests
⦁ Elevated level of knowledge of FunZone systems and games
⦁ Ensure completion of FunZone game and counter cleaning protocols
⦁ Minimize game downtime by ensuring completion of necessary maintenance and service, or coordination with FunZone Game Technician
⦁ Ensure maintenance of the overall appearance of the FunZone Arcade
⦁ Increase FunZone visibility and awareness including a consistent presence on social media outlets
⦁ Develop thorough understanding of the reporting system to ensure FunZone profitability
⦁ 45-50 hours per week
