ADT Pizza, LLC – DBA Pizza Hut is seeking an energetic, passionate Human Resources Staffing Specialist who possess functional computer skills to service and support our recruiting and staffing needs in the Charlotte, NC region. Duties and Responsibilities: Exerts energy and enthusiasm to source and attract the best of the best to join our team Utilizes current company software (PeopleMatter) to organize and facilitate potential employee candidates Works closely with the Human Resources Business Partner to develop recruiting strategy and processes Partners with Region District Managers to support recruiting efforts of all restaurants in the Charlotte, NC DMA Sources talent and creates pipelines for future opportunities Assists in organizing and facilitating job fairs and interview events Assists with the various HR administrative needs pertaining to the recruiting and staffing function, including but not limited to, new hire on-boarding, payroll and benefit support, and other tasks as requested All other duties to support the recruiting and staffing needs of the region as assigned To be successful and the right fit for this role, we expect you to have: Excellent time management and organizational skills and the ability to switch gears and multi-task in a fast-paced environment Associate degree in business, human resources or related field preferred and/or 3+ years of corporate recruiting experience HRIS and/or Applicant Tracking System (ATS) experience (PeopleMatter and UltiPro) Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Proven creative sourcing and recruiting tactics Strong written and verbal communication skills Must be able to work under little supervision Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) Independent and self-starter Professional communicator (oral and written) Must have a positive growth mindset Operates with integrity and confidentiality If you have the qualifications above, have the drive and energy to make a difference, and want to help us create an amazing work environment, apply today!
