Description:

Position Summary The Warehouse Associate will play a critical role in inventory and supply chain management of our new Texas facility in the Colony area. The Warehouse Associate will ensure that all incoming shipments are received and accounted for. The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for unpacking all food shipments and storing all of the food items that are used to produce our innovative, healthy prepared meals. Key Accountabilities • Unpack all dry and fresh foods that will be used to create our healthy Snap Kitchen meals • Correct storage of all dry foods, produce, and meat into proper cold and dry storage areas • Receive and stock all warehouse products with our warehouse management system • Execute accurate and proper period end inventory • Work as a team player to meet kitchen facility goals • Maintain a clean and safe workspace • Adhere to all safety and sanitation procedures • Correct usage of warehousing equipment, such as forklift, baler, electric pallet jack • Perform other duties as needed

Requirements:

• Forklift experience required • Experience working in a production and warehouse environment, experience working in a USDA facility preferred • Comfortable standing on feet for extended periods of time • Ability to stand, squat, kneel, reach, and pull; ability to lift up to 50 pounds • Availability to work weekends • Must have reliable transportation • Punctuality and reliability • Basic math and counting skills • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task • Ability to work for extended periods of time in an environment that is set at a cold temperature
