Residential Service Company is looking for a personable & outgoing person to take excellent care of our clients. Our customers deserve prompt attention and careful follow through. This is a communication position that handles incoming and outgoing telephone calls. Computer experience is helpful. You represent the company by telephone in scheduling public relations, communications, product and sales calls.Prior customer service and phone answering experience required. Job Duties include: -Provide Fast Friendly and Fun customer service to all of our customers -Answer incoming calls related service, billing, and other departments -Schedule service/estimate appointments in a timely manner -Make out bound calls to book, confirm, and survey upcoming or completed appointments -Manage customer concerns and work to resolve them efficiently and effectively -Other assigned duties as directed by management Key Competencies: -Honesty and integrity -Excellent customer service skills -Ability to communicate with empathy -Critical Thinking and Problem solving -Detail oriented -Adept learner -Able to multitask -Proven ability to process high volumes of work with great accuracy -Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word) Requirements: -Prior customer service and phone answering experience required. -Outstanding communication, interpersonal and customer service skills. -Associates degree. -A minimum of 2 years experience answering phones. -Demonstrated proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
