This position exists to provide outstanding customer service. The Sales Associate responsibilities include: • Generating sales through educating customers on product knowledge, asking questions to determine needs and suggesting merchandise to fit those needs • Exhibiting consistent over the top customer service to exceed customers’ expectations by helping create a fun, friendly, relaxed resort shopping experience • Generating additional sales by calling customers and club members to discuss events, promotions and new merchandise • Learning and applying knowledge related to care, features and benefits of all product lines to build customer loyalty and sales • Participating in physical inventory counts, handle markdowns, transfers and adjustment paperwork as directed to reduce shrink • Following all cash handling procedures and completing all daily checklists to maintain a clean, organized and safe environment Colorado Wage Range: https://bit.ly/2RpGH86 (copy and paste onto web browser)

Requirements:

Qualifications • Six months of retail or related customer service experience preferred • Effective communication and listening skills to meet and exceed the customer expectations • Ability and desire to provide outstanding customer service • Ability to operate a POS system
